Personal Training & Coaching Service

Coach Sean Clancy

Specializing in coaching triathletes and long distance athletes.  With the experience of entering and completing and organizing hundreds of triathlons stretching over 3 decades, we offer many different options and coaching programs.  I am a Certified Personal Trainer, and have coached on an age grouper level, at the high school level and at the college level.  I have also trained many individuals, both athletes and non-athletes.  My American Red Cross CPR and Basic First Aide Certification is also current.  I have been racing for 35 years and include 7 Ironman distance race finishes including that most recent one in 2015.

As an athlete, I have been fortunate and blessed to run some of the following PRs’:   

       1mile 4:38;            5k16:08;              Half Marathon 1:18;                             10K– 33:34;       Marathon  2:51;           Ironman Triathlon – 10:49….

From a career in Law Enforcement and a passion for fitness throughout that entire career, I also have certifications as a Certified POLICE Fitness Trainer, SWAT Fitness Trainer and have instructed police personnel and other athletes spanning close to two decades.

Coach Colleen Campbell

Colleen is a 7x IRONMAN Finisher including in Kona.  She is an competitive athlete and has a PR at Ironman Florida (PR @ 11:20).  She has been racing triathlons for 18 years and has enjoy countless finishes for Sprint Triathlon and many other Nationally recognized triathlons such as the Alcatraz Triathlon.  She has completed 8 Marathons, including Boston and St. George (with a PR of 3:17). Colleen coached the Holy Spirit girls high school basketball team and tennis team who both won state championships . She brought the Margate Tighe school cross country team to a boys cross country division 2 championship in 2012. Colleen has been racing for 17 years and has many first and second age group wins. Programs range for the novice or first timer, to those who aspire to be an Ironman distance competitor.  There is no substitute for experience.  Our coaches also have single sport disciplines and are considered experts in their own right.  These coaches all have experience coaching for a formal program within the running, swimming or biking community.

We also cater to the weekend warrior that wants to shed a couple of pounds, or someone that just wants to tone their body with minimal cardio and weight training.  We specialize in training athletes inside and outside the gym setting to triathlons, marathons and 5k’s.

Timing Services

We offer services of inexpensive timing services for running races such as 5k’s.  These races are manually timed and are tracked the old fashion way!  We keep this option available to keep the cost low.  Please call us for pricing.
